- The Refugee Center offers interactive sessions including online application for asylum via the portal every Wednesday in a variety of languages including French, English, Spanish, Arabic and others. Its trained staff, who keep up to date with regular portal updates, remain available throughout the workshop to answer questions and help you navigate the portal. A member of their legal team checks the information on the portal before submission to ensure everything is in order and thus avoid any errors up front. Contact them to make an appointment.
Service d' Interprète d'Aide et de Référence aux Immigrants & Justice Pro Bono (SIARI)

- In partnership with Justice Pro Bono, SIARI offers individualized support sessions to complement the IRCC portal. Sessions take place in groups with people who share the same language. Interested people can come without an appointment every Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The service is facilitated by a team of volunteer lawyers, integration advisors and, if necessary, interpreters. This service is ideal for people with limited computer literacy or reading and writing skills.

- We are pleased to offer access to 8 computers at Welcome Collective for refugee claimants in need of completing their IRCC portal. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request users to possess basic computer literacy, including the ability to read and write. Users are expected to independently complete their immigration portals. This service is availble Monday to Thursday from 9am to 4pm. We are closed on Fridays.
