Who can access PRAIDA services?

The following groups can access PRAIDA services:

• Asylum seekers (refugee claimants)
• Asylum seekers whose claim has been rejected and their file is:
  • Under appeal
  • Under a Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA)
  • Have made a Humanitarian and Compassionate application (H&C).
  • Persons who are waiting for to be deported (either voluntarily or involuntarily)
  • People from countries that have been granted a moratorium on deportations: Afghanistan, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iraq, Liberia, Rwanda and Zimbabwe
  • Resettled refugees in Montreal (only for their health and well-being check-up)
• Resettled refugees in Montreal (only for their health and well-being check-ups)
• Professionals and organizations working with refugee claimants
