School Bus Transportation

Eligibility for school transportation is determined by the walking distance between the student's residence and their local school. The school boards establish the walking distance at:

• 0.8 kilometres = Preschool
• 1.6 kilometres = Primary School
• 2.6 kilometres = High School if they do not have access to public transportation

Children who live in walking distance (under the established walking distance kilometres), do not have access to school bus transportation.
