Centre for Gender Advocacy (EN/FR)

The Centre for Gender Advocacy, a University of Concordia organization, offers free confidential support services in addition to helping you find any resources you may be looking for – whether that’s information about health care, sexuality, drop-in centres, or something else altogether. Support services are provided in person or by phone. All support services are completely confidential. You will never be asked to show any kind of ID.

FEMTL (English and French)

This group provides dedicated online and physical spaces and events for trans women and trans feminine people in Montreal using discord and in-person meetups. They have support from Pride Therapy Network and other local community organizations. 

The Union for Gender Empowerment (UGE) (EN)

The UGE is a Referral Service of the Students’ Society of McGill University (SSMU) but is open to all people, whether or not they are students. They aim to provide services to any person who identifies with their anti-oppressive, feminist, and trans-positive principles, regardless of gender identity. The Union for Gender Empowerment provides resources, educational opportunities, and a centre for advocacy.

TRans* Resources At Montreal (TRRAM) 

This directory of resources and safe spaces is made by a trans person for trans people in Montreal. There are links to libraries, community organizations and spaces, medical care resources, and places to work that are trans-friendly. The directory is new and continuously evolving, so if you are a trans person and have had positive experiences with particular businesses or organizations, you can share them by going to the "Add a Resource" tab. The website is in English, but you can contact the creator in Spanish or French as well.
