Change of address

Each time you move, you must contact the following institutions to change your address:

1. Immigration, Refugees, and Canadian Citizenship (IRCC)

You need to change your address with IRCC because your work permit will be send to the address on file.

You will need a valid email address with your new information

2. Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB)- Hearing

You must change your address with the IRB as you will receive the hearing letter and other court documents

You must download and filled the "Notification of Client Contact Information" form The form can be submitted by mail , email or by fax to the appropriate region and division.

The subject line of the email must state the RPD file number, the date of the hearing, if applicable, and the type of document. All documents submitted via email must be in PDF format as an attachment. General inquiries, applications or other requests submitted in the body of an email message will not be accepted.
